The lights were out, there was no remote, the room felt cold and unwelcoming, and there was no coffee service; on top of that, my truck, which was parked next to the front door, got broken into.

“Not what I expected”

The location was good, and the room smelled clean thanks to an air freshener. The pillows were terrible, so I went to Target next door to buy my own. Signage about trash pick‑up was unclear; at check‑in they told me to leave my bag outside the door for pick‑up, but it was thrown back into the room. We found the place to throw it with a sign in the back of that room. Construction was happening on the 3rd floor, and we were on the 2nd floor, which was mentioned at check‑in. The early‑morning wake‑up was crazy loud. One of the beds was a pull‑down from the wall, which was comfortable but not a queen; it sat right on top of the AC unit and next to a window, and the screen to the window was falling out.

The hotel was very clean, my room was just as clean and smelled good! The bed was confortable, staff was very sweet, kind and courteous! My 1st week stay was so great, that I went back the following week while i was in Polaris for my final week of classes! I also enjoyed using the workout equipment, the room was very clean and comfy as well!. I can't think of anything i didnt like! The grab and go breakfast is sufficiently stated upon checking in (there's kitchens in the hotel rooms if a person wants to prepare a hot breakfast), the construction on the upper level wasnt a problem, they were very quiet(this is also stated prior to checking in)!

“Horrible experience, still waiting for a refund as Booking.com says they can’t help us!!!!”

Arriving at the hotel, they told my husband they were fully booked and still charged us for the entire stay. I tried to get our money back from them without success. The same thing happened again: they told my husband they were fully booked and still charged us for the entire stay, and I couldn’t get a refund.

“Will opt for a different hotel on my next visit”

The spot was spot on for what I needed, and the front desk folks were friendly. Still, the first impression was off because the grounds were untidy, with weeds everywhere and an uncut lawn. The toilet in my room was hard to flush and the shower pressure was weak. The kitchen wasn’t fully stocked, so I had to ask for items, and the parking lot was poorly maintained and dimly lit.
