The room was nice and comfortable, and the shower was very good with a strong jet. The central air was dirty and the bathroom lights kept falling out.
“Pontos de melhoria e itens de atenção.”
The reception service was good. Inside the apartments, the air‑conditioning showed signs of wear due to lack of preventive maintenance, compromising its operation. Additionally, there was a water leak at the base of the toilet and the bathroom sliding window could not open because the mechanism failed.
“Foi boa, estava dentro da expectativa”
Localização muito boa, perto do shopping. Quarto não estava muito limpo
“Bom custo benefício. Eu voltaria.”
The location was excellent, close to a supermarket and a shopping mall. The room had Netflix, good air conditioning, and the bed was an 8 out of 10. Breakfast was good and started early at 6 h, which was very important. The bathroom was clean. There was no hair dryer or one for loan, no gym, and no dining options besides breakfast; since I arrived after lunch, I would have had to wait until the evening for a third‑party restaurant. Luckily the mall was nearby.
“Empfehlenswert”
The value for money was very good and breakfast was excellent, but the building is old; you can still see the charm of a noble hotel.
