The stay here was a positive surprise. The experience exceeded our expectations. The property is a beautiful, typical Italian countryside house—simple yet homely everywhere. The highlight was the owners, a couple who welcomed us and served the best breakfast with fresh homemade goodies; breakfast was always the best part of the day. They’re super kind and generous, always trying to make us comfortable. The drive to Bologna was short, a nice break from the city. I plan to come back and highly recommend it to everyone! No complaints at all.

We stayed one night for the SAIE fair. The B&B is very close to the fair, Mr. Pietro and Mrs. Giuliana are super helpful and friendly, the breakfast is excellent and so is the homemade apple cake. We had two bottles of water in the room, and outside the room for breakfast we had fruit, dried fruit, drinks, coffee, tea, and herbal teas. Saying 10 is really low; they deserve much more. The place is in a very quiet area, easily reachable by setting the navigator, a true paradise of relaxation.

The breakfast was excellent; we got everything we wanted. We were taken by bus to Bologna and back. The service was great and the hosts were friendly.

“Spokojne i bardzo dogodnie tranzytowo położone miejsce.”

The owners were very kind and helpful. The place is incredibly peaceful, right next to Bologna and close to the highway junction. The breakfasts were very sparse – only sweet items. A little cheese, cold cuts and unsweetened bread would have been nice.
