The hotel is in a nice neighbourhood close to the campus bus stop. The bathroom is very old and the water temperature can’t be adjusted – it’s either too hot or too cold, with sudden changes. The tub feels dirty. In my opinion, the bathroom is crucial and all plumbing needs urgent attention.

The location is good. The Junior Suite room lacked decoration, had little lighting, and there was no outlet near the nightstand.

The location is excellent, and the staff were polite and welcoming overall. Compared to typical European standards, the breakfast was rich, varied, and of good quality. A couple of issues affected our stay: there was a designated spot in the closet for an iron, but none was present. I asked at reception in the morning and was told it would be delivered, but by evening it still hadn’t arrived, so I had to follow up in person and wait while a staff member fetched an iron—only to discover there were no ironing boards at all, which was surprising. At check‑in the room’s initial cleanliness was below standard. While housekeeping cleaned thoroughly on the following days, the room consistently smelled strongly of cigarette smoke after being serviced, forcing us to air it out ourselves each time.
