“This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had in my entire life.”

The bed was comfy and breakfast tasty, but room 423 had cobwebs, a marijuana odor from the patio vent, and the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned – the fridge and microwave had handprints, a large spider on the door, cobwebs hanging over the sink, a dirty bathroom door that needed repainting or replacement, and a hole in the floor between two sections that I confirmed with a pen. The hotel sits in a low‑income area and the staff told me at 4 PM that I couldn’t get extra pillows because housekeeping had left. The experience felt like a dirty motel, not a Wyndham. The outdoor pool was green with algae. I never want to book here again, and the staff wouldn’t accommodate me because they said I booked through a third‑party. I wish I could get my money back; I left the room clean, even dusted the fridge and wiped handprints for the next guest. I have photos of the elevator floor damage, cobwebs, and the floor hole.

The location, staff, and breakfast were fine, but there was no TV in the room, the bathroom tub was problematic, and the stairwell’s cleanliness was poor.

“The location was great but bugs was not apart of the booking”

The location was great, but the hotel had roaches in the facilities and a few bugs in the cabinet. I called the front desk and they sent someone on the day we were checking out. I asked to be moved to another room but was denied. The bathroom was not clean.

“It was not bad, but could have been better”

Breakfast was good and the location was quiet enough, but the staff weren’t very welcoming, just professional and understanding. The corridors and stairwells were dirty, the TV in my $400+ room didn’t work at all, and the bathroom tub needs fixing.

The location was great and the staff were helpful, but the first room had a cockroach crawling around late at night, forcing us to move to a downgraded, smaller room that was uncomfortable for my family.
