Great value; I walked to the ice arena, cathedral, and train station in Cologne – a bit of a walk, but you cross a bridge full of key locks and the evening views from the bridge were beautiful. I’m 63 and I walked it. The hotel was clean; if you’re a big fella or madam ask for a bigger bed. The room was small, about bunk‑bed size, but I was okay with that.

It was clean. The bed is very uncomfortable, and breakfast is very limited. For the price, it’s acceptable.

The family runs the place with a Turkish touch, smiles everywhere, centrally located, on a quiet street, reliable, and the cleanliness is decent.
