The cost‑performance is unbeatable; the sauna was a romantic treat for my partner and me. The room felt cramped, like an old business hotel, so it wasn’t the best, but the low price makes the overall experience very satisfying.

We stayed with family, roasted marshmallows, enjoyed the pool, and the kids were thrilled. A welcome drink and food were a pleasant bonus, and being able to choose shampoo and conditioner was fun. The breakfast offered only one option, so I switched to a different hotel for morning meals on the no‑breakfast plan.

The kids found plenty of fun touches, from a pool that opened at noon during the set period to a fair with floaties, water guns and beach balls, plus board games and stylish books, and checking in early even earned us a snack. In the evening we roasted marshmallows over a fire and got a s’mores kit, while the staff were friendly and the service was abundant. The only downside was the lack of a TV, which forced us to check the weather and news on our phones—but it did spark more family conversation.
