The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, and the staff, especially Dharmendra, were super friendly and helpful. However, the water supply was a bit of an issue - it was either scorching hot or freezing cold, which made it hard to get a comfortable shower.

The booking process was a bit of a disaster, with the person on the phone not being very helpful and not answering my questions clearly. I think it would be a good idea for the hotel to have a receptionist who speaks softly and is also available to take booking calls. That would make a big difference for guests like me who are trying to plan their stay.
