I found the place spotless and loved its proximity to plenty of shops, a movie theater, and restaurants. The lobby offered coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and creamer 24 hours a day, and the staff were friendly and courteous, fixing any problems immediately. However, during three of the ten nights I stayed, I was woken at least three times by people stomping down the hall, slamming doors, and banging against walls—our rooms weren’t very sound‑proof.
