Everything was great—atmosphere, staff attentiveness, communication, food, etc. Some restaurants, like The Salt Shack, were closed or only offered breakfast and lunch, which limited dinner options if you didn’t want to leave the property.

El resort es maravilloso, el personal excelente, sobre todo Elizabeth divina nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitábamos, especialmente con su manejo del idioma español…además la ubicación del hotel es preciosa, su playa privada también, los restaurantes muy buenos y preciosa decoración, el gimnasio muy completo. No hay nada que no me haya gustado, todo excelente, mágico.

Everyone on the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the resort looked spotless and attractive. The food was tasty, and the location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach. Overall, nothing we didn't like; the staff were delightful and the stay was great.

Breakfast was delicious and served properly, but the lights at the entrance of the room were off and the installation needs more care. We had to import a shuttle service from the hotel to the airport.
