The mountain view from room #4 was spectacular, away from noise, and the bed and pillows were very good. There were enough blankets for the cold. The receptionist was always attentive and offered us coffee if we wanted it. The location is very central. The Wi‑Fi was inconsistent. Perhaps investing a bit more in door locks for the room and maintaining the windows would help; the insurance didn’t work and the window stayed open. Since the hotel isn’t visible from the street, it would be good to put a sign on the road indicating the hotel’s location.

The spot is very central and safe. The person who attended us was super friendly, always giving recommendations and helping with everything we needed. We traveled with a baby and she helped us boil formula. Thank you for all that support—we always felt at home. The bed was comfortable, the space was ample with a small terrace overlooking the hill. The mornings and evenings were magical as the fog descended. The only criticism would be the Wi‑Fi, which would drop suddenly or had weak signal in the room, but we were in a magical town to disconnect a bit, so that’s a plus.

The proximity was perfect for staying close to the center while still being a bit insulated from the usual noise that comes with it. The beds were a bit stiff, not ideal but not unpleasant.
