The location was great and the hosts were friendly, yet the property felt a bit worn and could use a deeper clean.

The location was excellent and Sorrel was friendly, but there was no prior confirmation about check‑in details, the bedroom door lacked a lock despite sharing communal spaces, and the bath was not clean and, as other reviews note, there was no bath plug.
