The location was close to nature. However, 1) even after a month we never received the bill for accommodation that we requested; we wanted cash, and they didn’t tell us beforehand. 2) They advertised that the pool was included, but it was under renovation and they didn’t mention it until we arrived. 3) Breakfast wasn’t at the guesthouse, even though the booking advert said it was directly in the guesthouse; instead we got vouchers for a hotel 200 m away. 4) The guesthouse operator’s negotiation was very arrogant.

The website listed the dog fee as 100‑150 kč per night depending on size, but we ended up paying 250 kč for a Jack Russell, supposedly because it requires extra cleaning. The front‑desk lady was very pleasant and helpful, while the intermediary we spoke with on the phone gave us different details than what we were told on site (I can’t recall the exact discrepancies after six weeks, and nothing major changed).

The place had a nice, welcoming atmosphere, but we had arranged with the manager that a woman would turn on the sauna for us. When she saw us grilling beer, she shut the sauna off and the boss never called to sort it out. I’m very disappointed because we just wanted a bit of relaxation and instead I got annoyed.

The location and the fact that they offer a sauna and pool were positives, yet we couldn’t use either because the sauna wasn’t heated. We didn’t know that we had to book the sauna in advance with an extra fee to have it ready.

“Für unseren eintägigen Aufenthalt war diese Unterkunft in Ordnung.”

They had a garage for our bicycles and decent kitchen equipment. However, there was no prior notice that breakfast is served outside the inn, about 1 km away at a restaurant.
