This place has a clean and comfy vibe, plus the rooms have decent-sized windows. The WiFi's reliable enough for work and it's nice they provide water dispensers on each floor. The rooftop's a lovely spot to grab a morning coffee. One downside is the front office's WhatsApp contact number is only available until a certain time, which could be inconvenient if you need help outside those hours.

The neighbourhood's really quiet, which is a plus. However, our stay was marred by some issues - no WiFi in the room, a weird shower setup on the toilet floor, and zero communication with staff. To make matters worse, the Café was always out of stock on the menu items we wanted, like breakfast and lunch, and they kept getting our coffee orders wrong.

The hotel's really clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful. One thing that's missing is breakfast - that's a bit of a letdown.
