Travis at the front desk checked us in and was incredibly friendly, welcoming us after a long drive and suggesting dinner spots; he's the kind of person you want to greet you at a hotel. The $75.00 pet fee felt a bit extreme for a moderate hotel, even though we've paid that at nicer resorts; we’ll likely choose a different hotel when we travel through Pocatello next time.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was easy to find off the freeway, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. The price, though, was steep—$275 a night seemed very expensive.
