The building was well kept and immaculate, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was tastefully decorated, and I appreciated having a shower instead of a shower/tub. I couldn't find anything I disliked.

The rooms are very roomy, the breakfast was superb, and there’s a lovely outdoor sitting area with a gas fire.

Newly built, clean, fantastic staff, great breakfast. The only complaint I had and would not take anything from the business is the fact that many customers were using 2 parking spaces and were no space left for us. Staff was amazing trying to sort this out

The location and appearance of the hotel were great, but the arrival process felt chaotic. No staff were available, I wasn’t greeted as an Honors member, and the promised amenities like bottled water were missing; the wheel meant for Honors guests was set up, yet my status wasn’t recognized.
