The hotel sits right in the center of Hanau and is only about 25–30 minutes by car from Frankfurt. The room was clean and the bedding fresh. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cheap parking right outside the hotel was especially convenient. All in all, a very pleasant stay and good value for money; we’d gladly recommend the hotel. However, a lamp in the room unfortunately didn’t work.

The reception was nice and flexible, but the curtains were partly torn, the rooms were dirty, hair lay in the bathroom, the shower hose was ripped, and the shower pressure was so low that you could barely wash the foam from your hair. Only half a roll of toilet paper was on the mirror shelf. The bedding was larger than the duvet. There was no power outlet on the desk, and the bedside lamp had no adapter for the USB cable, so it couldn’t be used. The room was very noisy, poorly insulated, and the heating never got warm.
