They took my money but never gave me a key, so I won’t book there again; I don’t like anything about this place—it’s a scam.

I read the reviews a few days before we went, so I was ready when they canceled— the cancellation came 3 minutes before we set off to Liverpool from Doncaster. I had messaged the night before to confirm, and after reading the reviews, they replied only with a simple “yes.” Then when I asked for a mobile number to contact them, they said the property was no longer available and that they were having issues. They offered me accommodation on a street that had riots that night and a shared bathroom, which was absolutely not worth the money I paid for the original property. I declined and asked for a refund, which they accepted, and I was paid back within 7 working days.

“I didn’t stay as the host is a scammer!!! Do not book”

Nothing good— the host is a RAT, turned up to find no keys in the lock box. I contacted him and he said the fee would be waived, but he declined because he told me I didn’t turn up! AVOID. I called the host myself after speaking with him; he put the phone down on me and kept ignoring the call when I kept calling. The host’s communication is a scammer; if I could give 0 stars I would.

“Horrific people to deal with .. DO NOT BOOK”

Do not book… they cancelled on the day saying the cleaner hadn’t left the keys. Then they said I could stay in their “friend’s” house, which at 6 o’clock at night was a desperate option and I had no other place to go. They sent us a code and address for a new place, but we realized it was a scam and didn’t trust the new place they sent us to. When I cancelled, the scammers declined free cancellation, so I still haven’t gotten my money back! Disgusting behavior! They should be removed. Do not book.
