The proximity to Piazza San Marco was great, the hotel was quiet, and the breakfast was sufficient. The price was too high for what the hotel offers. The bathroom was tiny and had no bidet. The wardrobe was difficult to open and it was very long.

Only location. The pillows were hard and not comfortable. The receptionist was slow, and we felt discriminated against since he seemed to check in several Italian-speaking guests before us even though we had been waiting for much longer
