Cómo valoran los huéspedes el hotel, aspecto por aspecto.
We chose a room with a view of the Matterhorn. Although clouds were present throughout our stay, it was still worth it. The hotel was very nice and clean, and the staff were very friendly. We really appreciate being able to come back later after checking out and use a special bathroom to change and freshen up. No vegan products at breakfast, apart from plant‑based milk.

The location was good and the room was clean and comfortable. Upon arrival the elevator was broken, making it difficult to carry luggage.

I loved the location! I walked easily over from the train station with luggage. They offer pick‑up and drop‑off. The room had amazing views. The breakfast buffet was amazing! The staff were very helpful and hospitable. Nothing negative.
