The breakfast was personally prepared by the owners, tasted great and plenty, especially the olive oil. The room had charming older furniture that was well maintained. The bathroom and kitchen area were exceptionally clean.

I spent one night within walking distance of San Gimignano in a very spacious room with a private terrace, and the outdoor breakfast was generous and delicious with a beautiful view. The host was friendly, and I can’t think of any downside.
The staff were very nice and helpful, giving a genuinely authentic feel. The breakfast was amazing and the location was perfect.
A beautiful overlook, lovely hosts, delicious wine, tasty breakfast and surroundings. Easy to walk around, especially at night when crowds thin out in San Gimignano. Exactly what we wanted.
