The staff were very respectful and friendly, and the location is close to a supermarket and a laundromat. The blanket was somewhat uncomfortable and the room lighting was dim.

I appreciated the staff printing the airport‑bus schedule at the counter and the convenience of nearby eateries, but the room was a bit dark and there was no trolley stand, which was inconvenient.

Staying on the 7th floor gave me a view of nearby temples and impressive buildings, yet the dirty window glass made it hard to see them, even though the arcade district was close and everything was convenient.
