I loved everything!!! The Portuguese receptionists and the French‑speaking one were incredibly friendly. I received a room upgrade and the new room is beautiful. I’d stay here again, many times. The breakfast was wonderful and surpassed my expectations. I loved everything.

The hotel is comfortable, quiet, and the room is spacious. The breakfast is excellent. Parking is available. It’s close to Nidau, perfect for jogging. Just a few minutes from the centre of Bienne.

The location is great, the check‑in was flexible (the room was ready before noon), the owner is exceptionally nice, and the staff are very friendly. The staff could know more about the area so they could give information on sights, travel times, etc.
