The welcome was warm, the hotel was clean, the location was good, and the view from the room was wonderful.

The location and the views were great, the room was large, the bar area was very good, there was plenty of tea and coffee, and the beds were comfortable. However, the carpet was stained, there was no fridge or safe, the water pressure in the sink and shower was low, the glass tabletop was loose, and the toilet roll holder was loose on the wall.

I just booked the room and it was spotless, with a bed that felt incredibly comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly, and the place sits right by the seaside. There was almost nothing to complain about.
