“Not the best experience!”
The AC didn’t function properly, no bath towels were supplied, and there were no plug points near the bed—very disappointing for a deluxe/suite room we paid for.

The hotel is clean and nice, but the location is a 10‑minute walk to the subway and quite far from Seoul’s center.

The location is good and there are nice walking trails nearby, but the bathroom facilities feel a bit old and lack proper ventilation.

The infrastructure was excellent, with a gym, sports area, sauna, and restaurant. The breakfast, however, did not include a continental option; it only offered very spicy regional dishes.

The heated floors in the room were fantastic. Fresh linens and slippers were provided, along with a fridge, kettle, mugs, tea/coffee, and water. The room was spacious and the Wi‑Fi was decent enough for streaming movies. There were plenty of cafés nearby. However, toothbrushes and toothpaste were missing, the laundry service was expensive (1500 KRW for a wash, 500 KRW for detergent, 2500 KRW for drying), and the walls had dirty streaks.
