“Very basic accommodation. Good breakfast. Friendly host.”
The host kindly let us check in early, the breakfast was wonderful, and the host was very friendly. However, the description of the accommodation is misleading; it gives the impression of a holiday villa or ryokan with at least four rooms, but it isn’t a ryokan or a traditional guest house. Instead, the host provides two very basic rooms above their own apartment, connected by a common corridor, with access to a rudimentary kitchen and a shared bathroom. The marketing photos are flattering, but they don’t reflect the actual condition of the rooms, hallway, or kitchen, which look neglected and poorly cleaned. In short, it’s overpriced and very basic.
