We did a very last minute change from Phangan to Samui and booked this only 1 hour before arrival, but it was great!. we stayed 2 nights only at the very end of our Thailand trip, but the pool and beach were the perfect end to the trip. This hotel is a bit isolated, there is almost nothing outside the hotel, but we were done shopping and being in the middle of action, some quiet time was needed

The location was very good, the bed was comfy, and there was no street noise. The pool was closed one day because of work, which was disappointing and wasn’t told to us beforehand. The shower was weak and didn’t heat up.

The pool area with the sea view next to it was great, and the pool bar was delightful; the staff—housekeeping, reception, dining room, and pool bar—always gave high‑quality service with a smile. When we arrived they said the water would be shut down from 2 pm to 6 pm, they apologized but didn’t offer compensation. Two cabins next to our rooms were being renovated, so it was noisy when we returned from the pool, and the TV in our rooms had most channels non‑working, only locals’ channels were available.
