Everything was close to the central square and all monuments, on a very lively street both morning and evening. The breakfast was good and the staff super! And most importantly: very clean.

The location was fine and the cleanliness was not an issue, but the smoking policy was awful: to enter the hotel you had to walk through a café where EVERYONE smokes, so the lobby smelled bad. The room was adequate but very hot; when we asked how to turn on the AC—a selling feature for us—we were told they would switch it off and turn the heat on on October 1st because it was winter, even though it was 25 °C outside. We didn’t sleep for two nights! After the first night we requested a fan but never received one. Also, when we opened the balcony door for fresh air, someone in the next room started smoking and the noise was very loud. The television did not work at all.

As a Balkan‑style hotel it’s good, but the breakfast was a disaster: there’s no buffet, and for a 4‑star hotel you only get a sandwich with coffee.

-localização central - casa de banho com dimensões grandes com acesso a shampoo, gel de duche, amaciador , kit dental, leite para o corpo. -pequeno almoço fraco, apesar de ser à carta só podes escolher uma coisa (mas dão sumo, fruta , café e um doce típico da Albânia )
