Silence and grace… everything needed is in the room. Shops are close, far from noisy streets and crowds. Ideal for those who love quiet and peace. The hosts are very good and welcoming.

We liked the guest house; the room was spacious, with a kitchen, toilet, and bath. A very nice mattress made the sleep wonderful. The sea is a 10‑minute walk, everything is good. The hosts are friendly. Nearby is a Georgian‑cuisine café that cooks very tasty food, like at home. There are several good grocery stores nearby.

Everything was good. We came to see Kabuletti and swim in the sea, and had many doubts because we hadn't traveled anywhere for a long time. But upon arrival we realized the doubts were unfounded: the service was superb, the room was clean, well‑maintained, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, literally a 7‑minute walk from the beach, shops, cafés—all close, with the beach to the right and mountains to the left—beauty in one word. Special thanks to the host, who is very welcoming, friendly, and pleasant, always ready to help and advise. We loved everything and will keep coming back, confident we’ll find a wonderful place.

It was my first time staying in this house and I was very satisfied. Besides the standard options there’s a gorgeous sauna, tennis, a fireplace, and excellent hosts! Next time I’ll stay here again and recommend it to others.
