The hotel’s location, the staff’s kindness, the convenience of the minibar, the spaciousness of the room, and the presence of a small but efficient fridge are all positives. The breakfast… the variety is decent, though not very Western. You can’t arrive at times close to closing and find forks missing; sometimes spoons are missing, sometimes glasses or napkins; sometimes a table is free because nobody clears it. The girl sometimes is alone making coffee and can’t handle the buffet service; the boy on the phone often doesn’t notice what’s missing.
