“great location, barely serviceable accomodations”

The location is great, but the hotel is basically run down. I didn’t have any serious problems with my room, but the carpet, fixtures, paint, etc. are all just run down. The breakfast was extremely minimal.

“I am hoping the service could be better in the future”

The hotel is within walking distance of the Conference Center. The pipes leaked, and there was no hair dryer in the room. During our 4‑day stay, we asked for extra towels and the room wasn’t cleaned. I was told the final bill would be emailed at checkout, but I still haven’t received it.

“Poor breakfast, expired food, broken hair dryer, and no housekeeping or fresh towels.”

The location was fine. The breakfast service was practically nonexistent; there was barely any food when I went down, even though it wasn’t late. I also picked up a yogurt that, when I showed it to the staff in charge, turned out to have expired four days earlier. I had called the hotel before arriving to specifically request a hair dryer, as it was an amenity included with the room I paid for. However, the one provided was burned out and did not work. When I contacted the front desk, they offered no solution or replacement, simply saying there was nothing they could do. Additionally, I was told at check‑in that housekeeping would come on the third day to replace the towels and refresh the room. I stayed from Saturday to Wednesday, and nobody came to clean the room or replace the towels during my entire stay. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The service and basic amenities did not meet reasonable expectations, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the stay.

It’s very close to the convention center. I didn’t like the hotel at all; the price‑to‑comfort ratio was bad. The windows in the rooms don’t open, and the air‑conditioner isn’t enough for comfort. Over 6 days we never had a cleaning, even though I asked repeatedly and it was supposed to be every 3 days. No one cleaned the corridor either. Breakfast had three kinds of bread, yogurt, and dry oatmeal. The key card had to be re‑written at least once a day because it wasn’t working.

I was close to the convention center, but none of the four days had any cleaning—no housekeeping, no towel changes, and no trash pickup—and the front desk staff weren't very friendly.
