The place was stunningly beautiful and tranquil, and I enjoyed the amenities such as kayaks, the pool, and ping‑pong to play with my kids. The only way to raise the experience would be to offer higher‑quality shampoo and conditioner, better robes, and slippers in the room, but everything else was exceptional.

It was the most perfect place I’ve ever been to unwind, relax, and enjoy nature with a quiet river—all in one spot! Absolutely perfect, and there’s nothing to dislike about it.

The place is gorgeous, well‑located and quiet, the bed was large and the villa spacious, and they were very punctual with the breakfast. This was our second stay; the first was flawless, but the second fell short. In the panoramic villa the staff repeatedly left the breakfast basket outside without warning, and the wellness centre only offered a Jacuzzi, a cold‑water pool and a sauna, which I wouldn’t recommend. I booked thinking I’d be alone but found five other guests there, which felt odd. When we tried to settle the wellness fee at checkout they told us it was free because we stayed four nights, yet they never mentioned that and now claim the policy isn’t public, even though they knew the weather was bad and could have informed us.

The peace, comfort, and beauty were everything, and the warm welcome we received set the tone for the entire stay. Nothing could be improved.

The location, serenity, cleanliness, pool, and jacuzzi were all superb, and we especially appreciated the excellent guidance and suggestions from Mr. Armando about beautiful local spots. The only downside was the departure.
