The room was cozy, the warm pool inviting, and the rooftop terrace lovely; the staff were very accommodating, even driving me back into town after a late arrival so I could grab dinner and bring it back to the room, and when we left early they prepared a breakfast to go. The only downside was the lack of nearby dining options, but that’s manageable if you plan ahead.

The view and the accommodation look nice, but the place was completely unclean—infested with flies, trash still present, the shower was filthy and rusted, there was a sewage smell, stains on the walls, doors that wouldn’t close, and gaps between the doors and walls that let in daylight…
