The rooms were okay, but given the location they’re overpriced; no drinking water was provided, the room wasn’t cleaned, there was nobody to open the basement parking gates, and other two‑wheelers parked in front of the gate so I had to keep stopping to open it for my car; the restaurant food was below average, breakfast wasn’t available, no toiletries or tea/coffee facilities were offered, and overall the experience was below what the money paid.

The location was fine, but the room and bathroom were not clean, the wardrobe wasn’t cleaned, and the bed sheet and pillow had stains and didn’t look clean at all.

I liked the place, but the wellness area was disappointing.

The staff were always helpful, even letting us enjoy an al fresco drink on the back stair, and the bed was comfortable; we also appreciated the room service. However, the location forced us to take constant auto rickshaw trips to get anywhere, the corners of the rooms were a bit grubby, and there was no toilet roll provided—bring your own. Maybe it’s just a cultural difference.
