“Una sorpresa …”

The camera was spotless in a somewhat anonymous residential building. The rooms sit on the fourth floor, accessed by an elevator, and once you pass the main entrance it feels like an hotel corridor. The reception only operates in the morning, but if you arrive at other times they give you access codes. It’s a 15‑minute walk from Circo Massimo and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, plus great pastry and a bar right below the building. When we had to leave the room at 10 am, they let us store our luggage, but it would have been very useful to have a bathroom available too; we expected a hotel‑like experience.

The room was clean, modern, and the bed was the most comfortable we had during our entire stay.

The place is excellent; the rooms are spacious and tidy, and they’re quiet. The access procedure is well explained, but the self‑check‑in means no contact or interaction, which is a pity. Breakfast can be taken just below the apartment: there’s a lovely café/tea room.

“Excellent stay”

Clean and comfortable. I liked the breakfast and the cappuccino at the bakery next door. During a heat wave in Rome the AC was adequate, but I wished it was cooler.

“Proper, ruim & mooi hotel, vriendelijk personeel en makkelijke self check-in.”

The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, the air‑conditioning worked well, it was clean, had a nice view, and a small park nearby. A supermarket and a bakery were right next door, and there was a view of a church. The breakfast was a problem: we had already avoided a place because of its breakfast, and here it was the same—there was a bakery right next door, but only one of the four days had a good seat, and the included selection was very limited to coffee or fruit juice, a croissant, and/or a mini pizza. A good bakery would otherwise make it less crowded, so I would recommend looking for breakfast elsewhere unless you’re staying only one or two days.
