The host greeted us warmly, the location was close to the ice rink, and the bedding was very comfortable. However, there was no air‑conditioning because the room is on the roof, the furniture was cluttered with personal items like books, and the room was unsuitable for an energy study

The hospitality was amazing and made us feel so welcome; it was my husband’s birthday while we were there and Emillie and her husband went out of their way, they were so sweet and truly made a difference

The hospitality from Emilie and her family was great, you feel at home; thanks 🙏 The pool was fantastic, especially on hot summer days, the breakfast was excellent and homemade, the location was good near the beach and nice restaurants, and the piano was a bonus because our son could practice while away. The lack of AC in summer made it a bit hard to cool the room, we used fans that helped a bit, and the room entrance isn’t private—you go through the same entrance and hallways as everyone else and the room is next to other rooms; it was okay for us, but if you want more privacy this isn’t the best place for you
