“Excelente atención, la oportunidad perfecta para desconectar.”
The service throughout our stay was excellent, the room was perfect, and the view was spectacular; there was nothing we didn’t like.

The view of the lagoon is spectacular, and the food at Tributo is very well executed; Gabriel really stands out with his attentive service in the restaurant, especially when trying to solve the challenges of a packed weekend. However, the logistics and experience of handling a fully booked restaurant are subpar, which detracts from the high quality of the kitchen, and it feels like the hotel’s leadership prioritizes short‑term profit over delivering a unique guest experience.

The view, breakfast and restaurant food were all good, but think twice before booking here: we reserved two rooms and the cheaper “Nube” was far better equipped than the pricier “Quiche”. The Nube room had a fireplace, TV, closet, spacious layout, better lighting, a good bathroom and a working water heater, costing almost half of the Quiche. In contrast, the Quiche had no hot water (and the cold here is brutal), was tiny and uncomfortable, the bed was too small for two large people, the toilet lid had to be held to use it, the pillows were uncomfortable, lighting was poor making night reading impossible, there was no TV, the wooden structure was damp, and our medium‑sized dog’s bed didn’t fit because the room was so small. It’s a disaster to charge nearly one million pesos for such a cabin; as a frequent national and international traveler I’ve stayed at many glampings but none as disappointing. I’d rate the Nube room an 8, but the Quiche cabin a 0.
