الفطور جيد. لاباس بس في احد صباح زوجتي أثناء إفطار صباح وضعت جاكيت على كرسي خلف ظهرها وبعد أن ذهبنا إلى الجولات في اسطنبول عرفنا نسينا جاكيت في مطبخ فندق فراجع موظف الاستقبال قلت له هل هناك جاكيت صبح نسينا أثناء إفطار قال لايوجد قلت رجعلي كاميره ماكو اذا كان جاكيت موجود بالمطبخ فيرجعون إلى الاستقبال فانا اصريت على ان جاكيت نسينا في مطبخ فقال خلي صبح مدير يجي ونستفسر منه بعد ذلك طلع جاكيت يمهم فما اعتذر و رجعلي جاكيت. والغرف أمامية بيها ضجيج لاتستطيع تنام لان شبابيك غير عازل للاصوات والصوت خارجي يدخل غرفة ان كنت في غرفة الامامية

Everything was clean and orderly, the staff were friendly and professional, breakfast was excellent, and the location lets you reach the main sights in 15‑20 minutes on foot, giving a great overall experience.

Breakfast was present, but the hygiene was poor, the equipment was dirty, the room wasn’t cleaned, the toilet was filthy, some equipment didn’t work, and a bathroom window exploded while showering.
