The location is great, the staff are friendly, check‑in is easy, parking is good, and there are pet‑friendly amenities like a dog run. However, the mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable, the building feels run down, it takes 4–5 minutes to get hot water in the shower, the place is noisy with footsteps above, the air conditioner is loud and interferes with the TV, and there’s a noticeable musty smell in the room.
