“Location was ok”
I liked how close everything was to the restaurants, but I couldn't shower in the morning because there was no water, and there was no reception desk.
You get what you pay for, and the host was kind enough to let me in very late, though the keeper didn’t wake up until 2 am and I had to wait about an hour before being welcomed. I’m not going to blame them and I’m still grateful. The place was a bit hard to find even with Google Maps because there were no helpful signs, and the room photos were beautiful but didn’t match reality.

The room was clean and turned out to be the best one among all the hotels we’ve stayed in the Philippines for the price paid; it was larger than expected, the AC was nice and cool, the bed and blankets were comfortable, and overall the location was really good.
The location was good and the room pictures matched what I got, plus I could check in late. However, there was no soap, no kettle, and the balcony picture was actually a laundry area. The bed was a small double, fine for one but a bit tight for two.
