The room was very spacious and clean, with a fridge and a kettle, and the bed was very comfortable and wide. However, there were a few things we didn’t like: 1. Although the room was cleaned every day, the towels weren’t changed; on one occasion we found a clump of hair on a towel that seemed fresh after cleaning. 2. There were only two cups in the room, and the staff wouldn’t provide another pair for our morning coffee; they were generally pleasant but not very helpful when we asked for things. 3. The hotel was somewhat far from the centre, about a 15–20 minute walk, and farther from some other places we wanted to visit.
