What a fantastic experience! From the extraordinary welcome by receptionist Ali to the departure, the staff were very courteous at reception, during breakfast, and even the cleaning crew. These people are why we had such a wonderful stay (and that’s the most important part for me). The staff definitely deserve more than five stars. The rooms were beautiful with balconies and always spotless. Breakfast was excellent. We’d love to return to Rimini if possible, and we’ll have no doubt about which hotel to choose next time. Thanks to everyone!
“Great place, lovely staff, tasty, clean beachfront vacation”
The beachfront spot is amazing, with a lovely sea view. The room was very clean and cozy. The staff were great, always ready to help or give useful tips. Breakfast was tasty, with a rich selection of Italian bakery items and good quality coffee. We had a great time and felt at home – big thanks to Yana and everyone else for making our vacation truly special. There was nothing to note otherwise; it’s the best price/quality option in all of Rimini.
We stayed only one night, and the issue was that we all went to the beach, nobody was there, and we had to pay $20 each. I had a problem and had to go back immediately. On the floor in front of my door, an employee was working on an electric box, had nothing to do in my room, and his key was in the door. I complained to the manager but we didn’t feel safe—why was his key in my door? We just left for the beach, but I had to return unexpectedly. Safety is important! I demand a refund for the unused day. If I don’t get my money back, I will share this incident everywhere. I hope you understand!

Everything was close by. The staff should mention in the future that our booking didn’t include tomorrow, and at the end they charged us a higher amount. Parking was extremely expensive and could have been better explained by booking. Cleanliness was not great. Nothing was included in the booking.
