“All in all the hotel was new, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was beautiful but they seem to”
The property used to be a garden center, so the plants are beautiful, and the hotel is new so most facilities are too; the pool is quiet and nice and the gym is well equipped. We weren’t there with children but there were a lot of activities for kids. We thought we had booked 2 rooms but we mistakenly booked two tipis. Because it was the last days of Ramadan there were fireworks and drumming all night long, but we had earplugs. For the amount of stars I would have expected our rooms to be tidied daily. We also found out that there was a mouse and a rat trap around our tipi, which didn’t make me feel great about the tipi experience. Otherwise the tipis are very comfortable. There were also a couple of other strange things – the restaurant offered all different kinds of barista coffee but for breakfast they offered the worst coffee for free (grainy, watery, etc). You could also dress up as Native American Indians; in Europe this “fun concept” would be seen as offensive and cultural appropriation, but a lot of people seemed to like the costumes. We also expected to be able to do guided walks organized by Sarga; because we were only with the three of us this was not possible and the prices mentioned to us seemed very high. We were also disappointed when they let us know laundry services were not on offer, even though their Instagram advertised free laundry services as a selling point.
