The property is very beautiful, the pool is gorgeous with scenic views, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was cosy and cleaned daily. It’s a convenient location for a trip to Nusa Penida, as the shuttle takes you to Yellow Bridge where you can catch a fast boat. The restaurant food is pretty good. Breakfast is a bit pricey for Bali standards but decent and handy. We had a shoulder and neck massage on the property, which was very nice. Overall the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is a bit far, but organised shuttles drop you at Yellow Bridge, then you can take a taxi to Lembongan. Note that shuttles run on set times, so plan accordingly. Because you’re far from shops, it would be nice if they offered more water bottles. Also, better shuttle times would help; some afternoon and evening schedules are awkward. It would be great if shuttles could be organised with other guests when it suits everyone, especially if more than four guests need a shuttle at a certain time.

The hotel was great for a stay, the pool was a treat and the massage was a must, thanks to both the staff and the iconic venue where it’s offered. The room and bathroom were perfect, and the bed was very comfortable. We also liked the free transfer to the Yellow Bridge to catch the fast boat. It’s a boutique hotel ideal for a getaway and relaxation. We understood the comments about “not suitable for heart patients”, the road is under construction and getting there is a bit of a show. It’s a little off from the rest of the island for dinner or visiting other spots.

The friendliness of all the staff was truly super ❤️ I would definitely return to this place if I’m back in Nusa Ceningan; it was a top honeymoon experience here ❤️ No complaints, it was fantastic.
