Breakfast was hearty, and the staff were attentive and very welcoming. The rooms could use a touch of refurbishment; they feel a bit dated compared to the hotel’s entrance area.

The garden is beautiful, the rooms are a nice size, and the swimming pool is awesome. The central location makes exploring Tuscany very easy, and the free parking is great.

It’s just a few steps from Asciano’s main street. The large garden, outdoor terrace, and swimming pool are huge pluses. There’s a garage for bicycles and plenty of breakfast options. However, the place feels lacking in atmosphere, especially the breakfast room, outdoor terrace, and entrance; it looks neat but is quite bare and misses a touch of coziness.

The hotel’s location is truly strategic; the village is small but welcoming, and there are 2–4 quality restaurants that cover a range of needs. The property is a surprise: the rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are nice, the breakfast area is lovely, and the outdoor garden with pool and courtyard is enchanting. The in‑room safe is positioned on the floor inside the wardrobe, which is impractical, and the split air‑conditioner (which we used very little) is a bit noisy.
