The property was new and clean, but the hillside setting made it too quiet and hard to walk for older guests. There’s an ocean view, but the balcony is small.

The location is great for everything in town, within walking distance to most places. The terrace is nice and cozy with sea views. However, we expected a hotel and discovered it was a room in an apartment shared with several others, with a communal kitchen and living room. The apartment is very noisy—you can hear the other rooms turning lights on and off. When all rooms are booked it gets very loud at all hours, making it hard to sleep most nights. Breakfast is a 5‑minute walk away at a bakery, which wasn’t mentioned in the hotel description. We filed a complaint to have the description clarified.

The apartment is beautiful and very well located. Federica was a very attentive host. The apartment has a lovely view, is easily reachable on foot, and includes a kitchen with a fridge for storing food. It’s close to the Maradona mural. The kitchen lacked basic utensils like plates and pots for cooking, so you could only buy ready‑made food and heat it up.

The place was clean, modern, and offered a sea view. Nothing else to add.

Federica welcomed us warmly. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, we’re older and didn’t know there was an endless staircase to reach the center, which nearly broke our legs; we had to take a taxi, which in Naples is a certainty.
