Cleanliness, staff at the highest level, attention and comfort for every guest down to the smallest detail. Not enough sound insulation in the room.

Everything was fabulous, as usual. The dog bed could be a little bigger; my 5‑kg dog didn’t fit in it 😅

I stayed for 5 days and overall I was satisfied. The room was nice and convenient, with a hair dryer, iron, essential toiletries, plenty of hangers, and storage space. Cleaning and room service were available all the time; the spa was empty on weekdays, so people were present and somehow spread out across the grounds. I liked the large pool with a panoramic view. Breakfast and the on‑site restaurants served tasty food, even the snails were decent, though small. Terri’s borscht was superb. At dinner in Chile, the waiter only started serving after a 25 % tip – no surprise, we always leave tips – and it took half an hour to notice an empty plate, which I guess is part of the job; the hall was half‑empty. Every day the room had spiderwebs hanging, and I didn’t close the curtains when I left – they didn’t notice. The rooms are well made but worn out; guests vary from families to dogs, and there are quick‑fix restorers who patch things up.

Wonderful place, 10/10. I really liked it and want to come back! If you’re going there for the first time, I recommend staying at least three nights so you can get everything in.

The only good thing left was the spa. I had a room with a lake view, but for most of the night the neighboring room was hosting a loud celebration that made it impossible to sleep. I called reception repeatedly and they sent staff to calm the guests, but that only lasted a few minutes. Trash was scattered across the grounds, apparently being taken out but then left to drip everywhere, and the smell was awful; after two days, no one cleaned or removed it, probably waiting for a good rain. Breakfast was not what it used to be, and desserts were a disaster. Paid parking for guests is a terrible option for the price of the room. All that remains of Emeli is the name.
