The room wasn’t great; the bathroom tub looked dirty, linens were left on the floor behind the ironing board, and there were no tissues. It felt very old and unpleasant, though the bed itself appeared clean. The staff were nice but refused to refund us; we checked out about two hours after checking in. They apologized but seemed indifferent and didn’t even try to offer another room. What can be done about a refund?

Nothing went well at all there was nothing that I liked at all. The hotel was filthy. The hallway to our room had crumbs all over it with millions of ants. The bathroom had beard shavings all over the floor from a previous stay. The floor of the room was sticky and gross to walk on. One of the rooms we had did not have any hot water. The breakfast was supposed to have hot food but there was a sign saying they could not provide hot food that morning. Also, the pool was closed, and they had a sign about that as well. When I told the front desk clerk about our stay and the filth, she said she would leave a note for management, but nothing would be done because the housekeepers didn't care and they were all quitting in 5 days. I was in total shock of the lack of professionalism

The place was spotless, the bed felt cozy, and the AC was spot‑on; the front desk and housekeeping were both super friendly and great. I’ll definitely book again.😊 Everything was fine.
