The staff were attentive and personable, breakfast was good and hot when it should have been, and they were very helpful—calling to let us know we’d left clothes and holding them until we could retrieve them. Nothing else to note.

The staff were courteous and friendly, always ready to help and attentive to other guests. However, some staff sat outside in front of the hotel, gossiping loudly and smoking; that area should be moved away from the front of the building.

We really wanted to swim in the pool, which is why we chose that hotel, but when we got ready and went down, there was a big border collie in the pool. I like dogs A LOT, but I'm not trying to swim in their hair and other things. We were pretty grossed out, and sad we couldn't swim.
