Very well situated. A pleasant walk to all the sights – Arc de Triomphe, Champs‑Élysées. The rooms are decent – mine was fine for two people and well equipped. I found it very comfortable. The lift and stairs combination is not suited for heavy luggage.

The spot is really nice and quiet, just a five‑minute walk from both the metro and the train station.

The staff were amazing. When we booked we didn’t have everything we needed for a room, but they supplied it immediately upon arrival. If you’re after an old‑world French hotel, this is the place—nothing like the chains. The elevator was small.

The location was good, but the description on Booking didn’t match reality. The stairs were steep, the view from the inner courtyard was disappointing, and messages sent through Booking didn’t arrive. There were issues logging in. The taxi booked via Booking had problems at Heli airport; it finally worked, but the taxi dropped us a hundred metres from the hotel.
